BUY NOW: The Perfectly Imperfect Books Are Here!
Tools to set yourself free of your good girl beliefs
For generations, women have carried the weight of society's 'good girl' expectations - performing perfectly, pleasing endlessly, protecting others at any cost. But something profound is stirring. In living rooms, boardrooms, and quiet moments of courage across the globe, women are daring to ask: "On whose terms and for whose benefit am I living my wild and precious life?"
Born from thousands of women's stories, decades of research, and our own messy, beautiful paths to freedom we’re excited to announce the launch of our two new books:
The Perfectly Imperfect Little Girl: A subversive adult storybook that finally tells the truth about being human
The Perfectly Imperfect Women's Journal: Your companion guide to breaking free, with 36 evidence-based tools for authentic living
Our research shows that 65% of women feel pressured to be the ‘good girl’ others expect, leading to exhaustion, disconnection, and sometimes much worse. When books rank higher on Amazon, they become more visible to women searching for ways to break free from society's "good girl" expectations.

Please note: We are mindful that ‘girl’ and ‘woman’ are socially constructed ideas of gender that can fall painfully short of defining the fabulous complexity of who we each are. If these words resonate with part of how you have previously or currently identified yourself, we’d love to hear about your lived experiences.
Is there a way to get a 1 page excerpt preview of the book and 1 page of the journal? Im pretty sure it would suit my mum (and also me) but she can be resistant to journals/books that don't have enough parameters/examples to help her think of repressed/dissociated emotions/memories and put too much pressure on her coming up the answers under a perceived pressure... however I know if something is also too rigidly structured and not relatable to her instantly she will see it as work instead and get a perfectionism avoidance thing about using it...
So I've checked amazon and a few websites but I dont see any example of how its written (both book and journal) ans I WILL know within one page if the journal is something she will find useful/relatable with the prompts or if just the book is something she will relate to...
